Do I need a new phone number?

No. Only the calls you miss forward to your Control Weekly line.

How do missed calls reach Control Weekly?

You turn on the forward when not answered setting on your phone once. Calls you do not pick up then go to your Control Weekly line. The setup guide has the code for each major carrier.

What number does the text come from?

It comes from your Control Weekly line, which is registered for business texting. Each text starts with your business name, and replies appear in your app.

Why does texting take one to three weeks?

Carriers require businesses that text customers to register. We file the registration from your setup form. Control Weekly texts only people who called you, and every text lets them opt out.

Do I need to talk to a salesperson?

No. You buy, set up, and read your reports online.

What is not included?

Custom builds, marketing campaigns, and sales calls are not included. Business Buckets fulfills Control Weekly and offers that work separately.

How do I get help?

Open a ticket and we answer within one business day.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Service runs to the end of your paid month, and you can export your contacts for 30 days after that.
